Jae Yeon Kim, Executive Director

Jae Yeon Kim holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Peking University and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Harvard University. For the past 13 years, she has led EnoB in delivering a wide range of music and arts-based welfare services to marginalized communities. Under her leadership, EnoB has grown its impact, enriching the lives of thousands. With a vision for inclusivity and social equity, Jae Yeon brings a global perspective, informed by her diverse experiences across Asia and the U.S.

Suan Kang, Program Manager

Suan Kang is an education program specialist with a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology and Media from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature from Sookmyung Women’s University. She completed a teacher certificate program during her undergraduate studies and holds an English teaching certificate from South Korea. At EnoB, Suan develops educational programs, digital initiatives, and supports the planning and execution of music and arts-based programs.

Yohan Yi, EnoB x MetChorusArtists Program Director

Yohan Yi holds a Master of Music from Bard College and is an alumnus of LA Opera’s Domingo-Thornton Young Artist Program (2009-2011 season). He has won multiple vocal competitions, including first place in the 2011 Connecticut Opera Guild and fifth place in the 2011 Loren L. Zachary National vocal competition. Yohan debuted as a bass soloist at Lincoln Center in Handel’s Messiah in 2012 and currently works with the chorus at the Metropolitan Opera.

Yeawon Jun, Music Director, KCS X EnoB Senior Education Program Instructor

Yeawon Jun, a talented soprano, holds a Master of Music and Bachelor of Music in Voice from Yonsei University and is pursuing doctoral studies at Rutgers University. She completed her Professional Studies at the Mannes School of Music. Based in New York, Yeawon is actively engaged in the music scene and teaches for the KCS x EnoB Music Education Program.

Alice Kil, Flowers for Healing Program Director

Alice Kil is a passionate florist dedicated to spreading happiness through flowers. Starting as a wedding florist, Alice now operates a flower team that offers classes in New York and New Jersey and runs a flower cafe in Tribeca. Her team studies diverse styles of flowers from Korea, the U.S., and Europe, striving to spread beauty and joy through their creations.

Taejong Park, Technical Director

Tae Jong Park is a theater technical supervisor who combines technical precision with artistic vision. With expertise in sound design and AV systems, his notable roles at Culturehub, the Korean Cultural Center in New York, and Live Park NY demonstrate his adaptability in various settings. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Park’s professional music background enriches his work and commitment to elevating the live event experience.

Ashley J. Song, President

Managing Attorney, Kim, Song & ASSOCIATES, PLLC

Ms. Song is the Managing Attorney of Kim, Song & Associates, PLLC. She has worked as an Associate Attorney at Kim & Cha, LLP, specialized in Immigration law. She obtained Juris Doctorate in law at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

 

Nakyung Kim

Chief Administrative Officer, Domo Hospitality

Na Kyung Kim is the Chief Administrative Officer at Domo Hospitality Group, where she manages business operations and oversees areas related to overall business expansion. Domo Hospitality Group includes Domodomo & Konban in New York and Domodomo, Ondo & Domoto restaurant in New Jersey, with plans to expand to Dallas, TX, and Hawaii. Na Kyung holds a degree in Chinese from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and previously worked at Shinhan America Bank, Woori America Bank, and Samsung’s marketing department in South Korea.

Si Hyun Lee, Vice President

Vice President & COO, ICN Group, Corp.

Jenny Lee has served as Head of School at LISMA Language Center in Manhattan since 2008. As a member of NAFSA and certified in TESL/TESOL, she oversees curriculum development and operations of the ESL program. She mainly designs, implements, and monitors the development plan for the Manhattan Campus’ comprehensive ESL program and creates a strategic plan to expand program offerings as well as managing professional, instructional, and clerical staff.

Rina Jung Kim

Singer & Actress

Rina Jung Kim is a distinguished singer, actress, and educator, holding a Bachelor of Music from Ewha Womans University and master’s degrees from Mannes College of Music and Columbia Teachers College. Celebrated for her Carnegie Hall debut and success in vocal competitions like NATS, she has also excelled in musical theater, performing at venues such as Mt. Gretna Theater. As a member of Actors Equity, she has shown remarkable versatility. Rina has taught at NYU, Concordia Conservatory, and currently teaches voice at Poly Prep Country Day School in Brooklyn.

Raymond Kim

Senior Audit Manager, Kering

Raymond is a Senior Internal Audit Manager at Kering overseeing the America’s region. He was raised in California before moving to the East Coast. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of California Irvine in Criminology, Law and Society with a minor in Accounting. He enjoys traveling and doing Crossfit to stay in shape.

Dr. Jihae Cha

Assistant Professor of International Education, The George Washington University 

Jihae Cha is an Assistant Professor of International Education at George Washington University. Her research focuses on education quality, belonging, gender, and well-being, particularly in contexts of forced displacement due to conflicts and disasters. She has also worked as a research fellow for the UN Academic Impact Korea, developing a global citizenship curriculum for Korean university students, and taught courses on international educational development at Handong Global University. Since 2014, Jihae has been involved in EnoB's programs including EnoB Junior Summer Camp and EnoB Benefit Concert(s). 

Hyojung Kim

Art Director, KTM Hospitality Group

Hyojung Kim, a BFA graduate of Pratt Institute, is the Art Director at KTM Hospitality Group, where she brings creativity and vision to the F&B industry. Outside of work, she is dedicated to community service through her volunteer work with EnoB. Her career and volunteer efforts showcase her passion, humility, and commitment to making a meaningful impact both professionally and personally.
